Not at all. Many of the professionals we work with are passively exploring. We're happy to have a confidential initial conversation and take things at your pace.

We focus on technology roles: software engineering, product management, data and AI, cloud/DevOps, design, and tech leadership. We don't recruit outside these areas.

We aim to respond to every CV submission within one working day. If we have an immediate match, we'll be in touch the same day.

For Hiring Teams

For most roles, we can present an initial shortlist within 72 hours of receiving a full brief. Speed depends on seniority and specificity.
